What began as a small engineering team in Vietnam has grown into a full ecosystem for building modern digital products.

2014

First steps

We founded our first software company (NIT Software) to serve the U.S. and Japan, starting with a 15-person team focused on delivery excellence.

2017

Product DNA

We launched 689Cloud, a content-security SaaS adopted by financial and industrial clients — proof that we don’t just build for others; we develop our own.

2021

DigiEx Group

His strong foundation in technology and business strategy has played a significant role in shaping his leadership approach and innovation-driven mindset.

With over 14 years of experience in software development for global companies, Daniel has led technology innovation and product engineering across international markets. As a former CTO for startups in the Netherlands and Vietnam, he played a pivotal role in scaling tech ventures before joining DigiEx Group, where he continues to drive cutting-edge digital transformation and innovation.

Strategy Developement

Step 1

Initial meeting

During this meeting we will answer any questions you have about us, and listen to what your requirements and goals are for the project. We will then write a short proposal for your project with an estimated cost for a full detail proposal with specifications.

Step 2

Scope of work (SOW) & business analyst (BA)

Involves SME and Solution Architect to understand project’s requirements, deliverables, and goals. Detailed spec developed to ensure you get what you need upfront. Includes app description, functionality, and data storage needs. Critical project phase charged by time spent. Cost-benefit analysis prioritizes features. Screens designed for preview before building product, ensuring accurate understanding of your needs.

Step 3

Interactive prototype

To make sure you and your stakeholders are up to speed we can create an interactive prototype. This allows you to follow the on-screen workflows, fine tune the design and get user feedback before build begins.

Step 4

Development (Agile methodology, weekly sprints)

Utilize requirements to create product backlog. Analyze each for efficient, economic building. Agile method involves incremental solution building with active client involvement. Tools like Trello, Jira for source control, Google Apps for info sharing. Updates via Skype, HangOut. Stay informed on project progress, adhere to timescales, budgets. Focus on building MVP first.

Step 5

Acceptance testing and go live

In this stage an application will be deployed onto the client’s environment for end user acceptance testing. We will use bug tracking tools to track all the issues and deploy updated version as per the fixes. Once acceptance is completed we will deploy the application to production environment.

Step 6

Document

It is crucial that the creation of your software is properly documented so that you have control of your IP and your future. Too often companies are imprisoned by engineering teams who hold the keys to understanding the intricacies of their software system. Careful documentation at build and design stage makes sure that the system can be transferred to another operational team at any time should that become necessary.

Step 7

Production support

During this phase, we provides free support for two months. Additional support options are also available either by monthly fixed price based on time and material. Our Delivery managers will be in touch with you regarding various options.
