Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Developer Fresher to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who have a solid foundation in both Frontend and Backend development, with stronger skills and interest in Backend development.
You will work across the full application stack, building modern web applications with Node.js or Java on the Backend and ReactJS on the Frontend. While the role covers both areas, you will have opportunities to take deeper ownership of Backend services, APIs, business logic, and data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js or Java.
- Design and implement business logic, data processing, and API integrations.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and develop efficient database queries.
- Develop responsive web applications and features using ReactJS.
- Integrate Frontend applications with Backend APIs.
- Debug and optimize application performance across Frontend and Backend.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum development.
- Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end features.
- Use AI tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, documentation, and learning.
- Continuously learn modern technologies and software engineering best practices.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Good understanding of Backend development and programming fundamentals.
- Basic to good knowledge of Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Java (Spring Boot).
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and API integration.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and common software development principles.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and basic experience with ReactJS.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflow.
- Basic understanding of debugging and application performance optimization.
AI & Soft Skills
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
- Able to evaluate AI-generated code critically.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork and communication.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable.
