QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a QA Engineer primarily focused on manual testing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable testing web applications, validating APIs and databases, and leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency and quality.

• Perform manual testing, including functional, UI/UX, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Use automation testing tools or scripts to support testing activities when applicable.
• Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Validate data consistency using SQL queries.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects in collaboration with developers and Business Analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Communicate testing progress, report defects, and discuss technical issues with international stakeholders in English.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with strong manual testing skills.
• Understanding of functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for database validation.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Experience using AI tools to support test case generation, test data creation, debugging, or other QA activities.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools or frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or other programming languages used in test automation.
• Experience in FinTech or finance-related applications, such as banking, payments, or financial management systems.
• Experience with API automation frameworks such as RestSharp or Rest Assured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test reporting tools.
• Experience working with international clients in Agile environments.
