Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help build and scale high-quality product features end-to-end.

You will take ownership of both frontend and backend development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern, scalable web applications. This role is focused on product development rather than integration-heavy backend work.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

This is a fully remote position requiring 4–6 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features (frontend + backend).
Build scalable backend services and APIs (Node.js / Python or similar).
Develop responsive and performant frontend applications (React / Next.js or similar).
Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and scale applications.
Own features end-to-end: from planning → development → deployment → iteration.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering practices.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues.

Requirements

Must-have

5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong experience with Frontend (React / Next.js / Vue) and Backend (Node.js / Python / similar)
Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
Strong problem-solving and system thinking skills.
Good English communication skills (able to work directly with international teams).
Availability for 4–6 hours overlap with US Pacific Time and willingness to work night shifts / flexible hours.

Nice-to-have

Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience working in startup or product-driven environments.
Background in finance, healthcare, or data-intensive systems.
Experience with scalable systems, event-driven architecture, or microservices.
Familiarity with modern tools (GraphQL, Terraform, etc.).
